At what psych level did Speaker Pelosi act?

wealth creation
larry asked:

Okay, she couldn’t resist rubbing things in the administration’s face, but she was so venomous that it cost enough GOP votes that the bailout measure failed by 12 votes! Everybody says that the offer to increase the FICA from $100K to $250K will get enough votes to pass on Thursday or so, perhaps as the most shameless bandaid tactic ever used in politics of all time, but be that as it may. I have been warning people that the same allowing of slim margin financing seen everywhere you look, from the stock market to cavalier home finance, for the last few years, resembled the same REGULATORY situation which led to the crash of ‘29, when worldwide drought caused the stocks to not go up enough for the profits to make the payments on their slim-levered purchase. Now that all the means of WEALTH CREATION we have shipped to China mostly, have removed much of the excuse for our currency to exist, we now watch it become hollow before our eyes. As I predicted many times, this would soon catch up with us. However, we can make NEW means of wealth creation, to replace what we have lost. One item for export and wealth creation domestically, a new drought tolerant poor soil Maize/corn has been developed and has proven itself in Africa feeding both animals and humans. We can now use currently unused poor soil USA lands and grow enough Maize/corn to make enough Ethanol to both cure our addiction to foreign liquid fuel, and have some for export! This new huge wealth creation on our own shores would by itself largely bail us out. Details at http://www.regardslarry.com/ . However Big Oil is so powerful that they can purchase any law they want, including right now getting subsidies while making the biggest corporate profits any business has made in history. And they don’t want any competition right now.

You see how I feel about this. How do you feel about the following questions?

1) Did Speaker Pelosi simply and Freudianly get carried away, or was it intentional to derail the bailout and make the GOP look especially bad, politicing at the expense of America?

2) What do you think basically underlies our Wall St problems?

3) What other means of local USA wealth creation can replace the businesses we exported? I mean things which will bear fruit soon, not switchgrass 20 years and 3 breakthroughs from now.

Regards, Larry.

You’re a little glib about Pelosi.

She’s drowning, she knows it, and she is desperate for someone else to get the blame.

  2. MessyJes Says:

She was going to try to spin this no matter what the outcome of the vote was going to be.
If the Republicans went along with it, she was going to blame the GOP for this going on the taxpayers. She said over and over that this was a Republican Bill, because she wanted no part of it.
If it wasn’t passed, then she could blame the Republicans for ruining the economy, and not taking care of the public.

Too bad that both of her plans are BLOWING up in her face.
She is coniving and a sick woman, for playing with OUR lives for her political BS games.

What an embarrassment to the position of Speaker of the House. History will not be kind to her.

Good Evening – That was some quite a well thought out questions.

    1) I recently asked if Polosi’s venomous rant prior to the vote was a tactic or just dumb – and I was pretty much accused of being a conspiracy nut. She knew very well that she would need bipartisan support.

Well, I still think it was a calculated tactic to try and help derail the republican presidential campaign. Much as I **** to admit it, I don’t think Polosi got to where she is because she’s dumb – not by any stretch.

    2) In a nut shell – greed, no effective oversight and no accountability.

    3) A radical crash program to develop new technologies in viable energy sources, including utilizing our present technology in nuclear energy. We’ve GOT to become energy independent.

    1) Unfortunately Pelosi did exactly what any politician does now adays. She used her time to politicize this and lay blame on the other party. Both sides do this and it adds to **** and furhter seperates the parties and the country.

    2) Speculators and over regulation.

    3) How about turning the tables. Why can’t American Investors start buying foriegn corporations?Truly level the playing fields.

Nancy has no shame, I am sure she is pleased at the vote outcome. Now she can spew more vile.
Wall Street has no problems the short pencils are raking in $ faster lately, Does anyone remember 94-95 when they did the same thing only on a smaller scale?
3- give it time and no loose loans, jobs will return to America. Also the Illegals will be force back to where they came from if there is no $ for the State Goverments to give out.
