‘The way to create wealth is: Absolutely no credit cards, no car payments, save and give. For example, when getting paid save up to 15% in retirement, after, put away 3 – 6 months of living expenses in a money market account (emergency fund) and then have fun and live like no one else. The key is LIVE BELOW YOUR MEANS. Save up to buy a car and to purchase things.

I see from your profile that you are new to yahoo answers, so allow me to give you a little friendly advice. Sentence fragments like “Thoughts about wealth creation” aren’t actual questions and aren’t likely to get good answers. You will be a lot better off by formulating actual questions about more specific issues. For example, “Is investing in commercial real estate right now a good way to increase my wealth?” might get you some good advice from experienced real estate investors about the current state of the market.
